[Flora holds up the gear, smiling quite deviously. It seems like just another day, but she's outside this time, with a pink hat perched on her head and standing near what seems to be trees. She looks rather excited to be out there.]

I know it's a little late into the season, but it's the start of a fresh year and I've decided it's time to head out on a bit of an adventure. At least... to the next city. [She smiles sheepishly.] I haven't been on a proper adventure yet. It shouldn't be too hard, should it? If all else, I'm up for the challenge. I think I've packed just about everything I needed...

All except a travel buddy, really. I had one person in mind, a young Mister Triton with whom I happen to share a dwelling, but... It really would be a shame if you're too busy to go with me.

[Hint hint nudge nudge. HEY LUKE. HEY.]

I can imagine you've got quite a few things to do here, so I figure I can travel alone...

Though, I guess if a Mister Triton would care to accompany me, he only needs to gather his party, seeing as I may have packed a little more than expected.

[She grins and gives the gear a small wave before turning it off.]

[Wait what.]

Wha...Flora, you're leaving?

[She nods.]

I think I've just been cooped up inside a bit too long. I've only been in Goldenrod since my arrival here. And after you've been able to have all of those adventures without me... [She sighs at this.]

Boy, it sure would be nice if I had some company...

[He's conflicted. One one hand, he was perfectly willing to give up training and settle down in Goldenrod. After everything that happened, it was proof he wasn't fit to be a trainer.

But if Flora was leaving, that's also mean he'd be all alone.]

W-why didn't you tell me about this sooner!

[He sounds a little more upset then he means to be. He's just surprised that he's finding out about this just now.]

Where are you now?

[There's some rummaging sounds on his end. He's trying to find Mr. Bear's Pokeball. Claire's exciting yapping can be heard a little later, as if to say "good job, Flora. You got the hermit to leave."]

[Before she replies, she actually does a bit of a jig, but that's done by the time she turns the camera back on.]

I'm by the edge of Route 35! Waiting...

Oh! And don't forget your scarf, Luke! It's quite chilly!

[And as he runs about to get everything ready, she just chuckles to herself.] I wonder if you're going to join us, Claire...

Okay, don't go anywhere!

[Rushing around, getting things packed, rounding up Pokemon in their Pokeballs. Within a few minutes Luke's ready, and yes, Claire will be joining them. She's been itching for an adventure after all.

He'll set off towards Route 35 as quickly as he can.]

[And Flora is standing there with one hefty backpack on her back and the other resting on her Deerling, whom she is currently petting for being such a good help. Once she spots Luke hurrying over, she waves.]

Is Mister Triton lost...?

Very subtle. Is young Mister Triton truly so busy he could not take the time to escort such a polite young lady?

[Flora giggles, shaking her head.]

No, but I might be if he doesn't join me.

I'd like to hope he isn't! After all the trouble I went to sneakily inquire if he would join me, too!

I'm sure he'll find the time. Unless your request was too sneaky for him to understand, but I doubt it.

[As soon as he spots her, he'll hurry to catch up. He doesn't look particularly happy about any of this.]

You really worry me when you go running off like that! You know there could be criminals running about, don't you?

[He's failing to realize that she lured him here on purpose. And Claire dashes out from behind Luke, happily greeting Flora.]

[She smiles a little more at his unhappy expression, but hurries over to pet Claire.]

I know, but I'm safe now, aren't I? [Because you're here, you expert trainer you.] It's good to be outside, isn't it, Claire?

I hope it's not too sneaky! He's really good at puzzles, so I'd imagine he'd be able to solve this one...

He'd better come! It'll be fun, and he needs to come out and stretch his legs some. We've gotten a little lazy indoors.

Any self-respecting young man should manage that much. Especially for the sake of spending time traveling with a friend.

That's not good! We've got to find him before you get lost!

It's okay! He can find me! Or at least I hope so. I'll move slowly, give him time to catch up.

[She laughs softly. You're an awesome kind of guy.] If it's gentlemanly enough, I expect to see him shortly. I fear he may be cross with me, as I've... kind of sprung this up on him.

Sometimes a little push is what's needed. Unless you made that broadcast knowing he had other plans soon?

[She shakes her head.] Not that I'm aware of. I just didn't wish for him to spend so much time inside anymore...

A bit of sunshine and fresh air is always healthy. Besides, I'm sure you'll make it worth his time. You'll both have the chance to see plenty of new Pokémon, right?

Right! I'm sure it'll be a nice adventure. It'll be my first one, and he's my most experienced tour guide.

Your first adventure? Didn't you have to reach the town where you've been staying in the first place?

[She shakes her head.]

I waited in New Bark Town until the Professor and Luke came to save me. I guess the wait was a little adventurous but I didn't have to do much.
